Chaps Restaurant was started in 1982. It is a family business that has grown into so much more. We offer casual dining with great food and friendly southern hospitality. Everyone feels welcome here at Chaps which makes it a great place for family and friends. We have become famous for wings throughout Ontario. We have won the Burlington Posts Best Wings in Town Award for 20 years running. We are more than just wings here at Chaps. We have won awards for Best Ribs as well as Best place to celebrate with your family. Our menu offers everything from home cooked meals to our chef’s unique southern creations. We all ordered at the same time and I guess my...

We all ordered at the same time and I guess my chicken ceaser salad came up first and so the waitress brought it out and said the other stuff would be out in a minute.... We waited 10 MINUTES!! They should know that your suppose to bring out the meals TOGETHER!!! and the chicken was dry!!

The food was great! I got the Peele Island...

The food was great! I got the Peele Island Mushroom chicken. Huge meal had to take half of it home. Server was terrible. He argued with me when I asked for a take-out container at the beginning of my meal because I knew I would not eat it all. As well, he was not very knowledgable of the product (sizes for soup etc) and very rude! I will not be going back because of the server.

Our family has been going to Chaps Fairview St...

Our family has been going to Chaps Fairview St for many years. We have been to the new location twice. The first time we felt the poor service and poor food was due to new location nerves. Tonight, it was the same thing. The excuse from the waitress for not having any specials is "that we just opened." Chaps wings and ribs were mediocre at best the last few times we have been.The servers do not know how to say "your welcome". I guess "no problem" is the way to reply to someone when they say thank you at this location. Service was overall poor. I doubt we will return to Chaps. Too bad, it used to be a reliable, good restaurant.

The service was not the greatest. Our food was really bad!!! The soup was cold, the wings were salty, the ceasar salad was gross, I could go on...

Service was extremely slow. The food arrived...

Service was extremely slow. The food arrived 35 minutes after we had placed orders. One order was not completed at all even after 1 hour of waiting. The girl had to take it out to eat at her desk after. Food was not so great. For the price they charged we expected more. Definitely I am not going again including all the people in our group.
