I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This facility is very, very clean. Sure beats my family physician's office by a mile! I have used this facility 3x this year, and had good experiences all times. I did not have to wait long at all. All staff were pleasant and professional. I had an xray result come back that needed further investigation. I was called back into the office and was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

An excellent surgeon with incredibly compassionate and sensitive bedside manners. He was able to communicate very competently and well with my parents while taking care of my grandmother who does not speak English. I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.

Went to see Dr. Mandeep twice due to a sinus issue. The first available appointment was about 3-4 months away but that was during peak COVID and my issues was not very serious. When I did come in the staff were professional and the wait time was low. Dr. Nateghifard was professional though the in-person check up was very short and seemed rushed. I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! His nurse partner, Margaret, is efficient and friendly. A good team!

Had the most exemplary experience at Bluewater Health. Every single point of contact was brilliant. From the people who took my blood, the RPNs, PSWs, and RNs and even the doctors. A special shout out to my two main nurses Elaine and Stacey on Med T who made me feel comfortable and at home. They went above and beyond, I felt like I was staying at a hotel. I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.

I have been with this walk-in clinic for a little over a year and have made frequent visits to Dr Habib and Dr Asif who both have been fantastic and are highly recommended by me especially Dr Habib who is now my family physician and he has helped me tremendously with my diabetes and a light stroke I had in the middle of May for which I had to be hospitalized in Grand River Hospital.
