The food was delicious, our server Andrew was extremely attentive to our table, and the atmosphere is great. A small detail, but the chef's choice to add lime to the coleslaw accompanying my Kennedy burger was incredible - just enough bitter to counter the often rich taste that creamy coleslaws usually have. I had heard terrific things about Domani, a restaurant run by a former pro footballer from Afghanistan who has worked at some of Toronto's top restaurants, and had to come down to High Park and see for myself. The service was very courteous, prompt, and personal. At no point did we even have to ask for anything because it was already taken care of. The food was exquisite, well-presented and skilfully prepared. The portions were large but despite being quite full it was too delicious to leave any behind. The desserts were absolutely amazing, though next time I would do without the espresso. Though Domani requires a bit of a journey, I have not eaten anywhere in Toronto where gourmet food of this quality is available at such a reasonable price and accompanied by such excellent service. Most reviews rate the restaurant by atmosphere, portion size, price and service. These independent restaurant reviewers have no one to please but their finicky tastes.
  • The concierge always knows: If you are travelling in West End Toronto ON, your hotel’s concierge or hotel staff will be able to find restaurants that suit your taste buds and budget.
