The Milestones franchise has always had an excellent atmosphere and better than average food. The meals are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.
I wanted to make a quick note about the Asian sesame chicken appetizer. It was the best chicken app. I've had in my entire life. Absolutely fantastic taste!

We go to the Dixon Road location and absolutely love it there. Mostly because we are served by Tanya and sometimes Christina. They are the best Waitresses there. Tanya always remembers what we order, even our drinks, every time we go there and Tanya is the reason we keep going back to that location. Went to Dim Sum New years morning at 11:00 the restaurant was 1/4 full by 11:45 it was lined up outside.
Food was very good and portion sizes were good.
Staff was very friendly and smiling. Food came very quick and we ate a lot total bill was $49.95 total for 4 of us.
I will be back again without a doubt.

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. We were in last night, on a Friday. The service was nothing short of excellent. We were seat quickly, food arrived in record time. Every person we made contact here went above what we were excepting. Good atmosphere and excellent food. We enjoyed a tasty steak with garlic mash and ceasar salad on the side, chicken wings as a starter and had a lovely chocolates brownie with ice cream, cream and chocolate sauce for desert, excellent and very reasonably priced for downtown Toronto. Our waiter Moose was full of energy and very friendly and happy to help with our food choices, lovely meal, would absolutely recommend.

The food was pretty good...but it isn't that inexpensive. Our 1/2 litre of wine - really good Cab Sauv suggested by our quite competent waiter -was $24.95! Threw us a bit...but our fault as we didn't check the price first :) Pretty nice wine, though.
We each had the soup of the day which was very good and came with garlic toast plus we split the nachos which were good as well. I have no complaints...We sat in the bar and the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. I was actually surprised that it was so good...LOL....

Me and a friend were going to see The Lion King in 3D and we had to get some lunch here before heading to the theatre. In fact, we were the only ones in the restaurant. I thought the food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. I will be coming here again!

This Boston Pizza location is by far our favourite. My wife and I have been going since they opened and never had a bad experience. The servers are very accomodating and the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. The pizza dough is the best as it is made fresh everyday! Keep up the great work!

I work in customer service, so I understand that things don't always go as planned. It is how an establishment deals with their mistakes that really shows how good they are , in my humble opinion.
We go to Swiss Chalet all the time, the food is always hot and delicious and up to the Swiss Chalet Standard, the service is usually pretty good, quick for sure and the restaurant smells good and is clean.
We often order take out from this location, and we have had a few problems, orders not being filled correctly, no gravy for the poutine, little things like that. One time we ordered and they called back 30 minutes later to tell us there was a snow storm and the delivery person went home!
Needless to say I complained. I got a personal response from the Manager appologizing for our bad experience and comping us for two 1/4 chicken dinners! WOW, I thought that was just great. I get that mistakes are made, but I have never had anyone take responsibility and compensate me so quickly and politely! Since then we have ordered a few times and we haven't had anymore problems.
