If you like the idea of a Bellini but don’t like rum, this is a good option. They use Chambord, a raspberry-flavoured liqueur, instead of rum, and combine it white peach puree and sparkling wine over ice for a nice take on an old classic.

Their real peach Bellini is plum full of legit peach molasses, Appleton vx rum, sparkling wine and red sangria. The real peach goo adds a nice dose of sweetness but it’s nicely balanced out by the rum. Bonus: Bellinis are on special every Monday.

There are two options for delicious Bellinis here: the original and the ultimate. The first mixes white rum, peach liqueur and sparkling white wine with Boone’s sangria, while the latter option has all of that, plus a shot of any of Smirnoff’s flavoured vodka. Both are the colour of cotton candy with the texture of a slush.
