ADT Déménagement et Entreposage

Très déçu de cette compagnie de déménagement. Ils ont abimé deux meubles faits par des artistes ébénistes dont 2 fois pour l'un deux. La livraison devait se faire à la première heure ce matin. Le livreur s'est présenté vers 11 heures et a abandonné le meuble dans l'entrée et m'a mentionné n'avoir pas que ça à faire.

They didn’t care about being cautious with furniture, some stuff was broken. They forgot items in the hallway of previous apartment, which we noticed when they arrived at destination without it, and they said it wasn’t their problem, we had to go back ourselves. They also took over an hour to get to the new appartement, which was a 15 min drive away.

I recently moved from Montreal to Toronto. ADT Demenagement also known as Montreal movers, provided great service. The manager visited my apartment in Montreal, inspected the things and provided a fair and accurate quote (I paid for the move from my own pocket !! ). The movers came on exact time. They did pack the delicate stuff like the glass table tops, TV etc. and wrapped the furniture in blankets, and custom boxes and plastic wraps. They coordinated with the building supervisors for parking the truck at both the pickup and delivery locations. The delivery was on time (exact exact time !!). All 60+ items that included suitcases, furniture, kitchenware, TV, Electronics etc. was delivered un-scratched and not damaged. I would recommend them to anyone moving long distance or within Montreal / Quebec. Thank you ADT Demenagement / Montreal Movers for your services.

Very good service

I was very pleased with their services. they showed up on time, wrapped all the furniture and the price I've gotten on the phone ended yo being the price paid. A first for a moving company! Keep up the good work.
