    Terrible owner and terrible customer service

    I have been this place twice, and I will never come back again. The first time I bought a cabinet. The staff was nice and helpful. The second time I met the owner. He was very rude. I tried to ask whether the listed price is the final price and he said " what price you think won't insult me?" No matter what I said, he just kept repeating this sentence. I never see anyone do business like this. Totally kill my mood to shopping. I feel sorry they have good furnitureS but terrible service.

    I love this store...

    I love this store. I've bought 3 from warren over the last 5 years. He helped me choose a live edge maple board i turned into a sideboard. He helped me pick out a gorgeous armoire to fit my then-student budget and delivered it. He helped me pick a beautiful ottoman. Prices are crazy good, and the furniture is solid real wood pieces, and fabric stuff is made in Canada with huge selection. He's always been honest with me, he's a funny guy too, and somehow remembers my name when i come back two or three years later. Great customer service, massive selection. Highly recommend!

    I will NEVER purc...

    I will NEVER purchase something from here again. My wife and I purchased a bed and it was completely wrong. The owner, Warren, took our order and delivered it. He demanded cash up front knowing the order was wrong. We told him the colour and style was completely wrong but he refused to acknowledge his mistake. He became very rude and aggressive with my pregnant wife and swore at her. He was psychotic to the point where she called the police. He refused to work with us to fix his mistake and refu
