    DO NOT USE, horrible service

    I do not in any way shape or form recommend the service of firstonsite. They have been a major headache for me for the past several months. After a neighbours water tank caused damaged to my home they were selected to complete the repairs. Not only did they do poor quality repair with the plaster on the walls and painting, they would not respond to emails about coming in to fix the problems. After waiting two months they finally came to replace the floors, which had been torn out the entire time. They installed a lesser quality not remotely resembling what i had before, without my consent. Now i am faced with an uphill battle trying to get them to remove the horrible mess. All over someone else's faulty tank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to keep your sanity.
