Wow! what a great spot on King Street. Owner Tony Loschiavo has done it again. Newly opened Paese on King Street delivers. With a beautiful upscale atmosphere, fun and not pretentious, he is going to give the others on this King St West strip a run!
Excellent food, great friendly genuine service.
Can't wait to return for their bar menu that promises to have bar snacks with a twist. Big portions, affordable prices.

It's a family run restauant and the owner Roberto used to live in Naples, Italy. It is one of the best italian restaurants that you can find in Toronto.
There are some restaurants in Italy that aren't as good as Roberto's is.
It isn't extremely elegant but it has a good menu for a modest price. When I want to eat authentic Italian cuisine, and not spend a fortune, I go to Roberto's.

Charming atmosphere, beautiful chandeliers and old stone walls covered with vintage black and white photos. The food was excellent, and our server was absolutely lovely. A bit pricey, but really a wonderful experience overall. One thing to note is the two-hour limit on dining, which is best to know about in advance. If you have a group that wants to reunite, two hours is kind of short, but that's the policy.

I took my wife here for our anniversary on friday based on some recommendations and we had one of the best dinning nights out ever. The food was exceptional, service was impeccable and the location is great, on a beautiful historic street. The place was packed and rightfully so! Definitely worth checking out!!

Arrived late, cook had left but as we just left without food, the owner and his wife invited us back in and his chef wife made wonderful chicken Alfredo and done in seemingly minutes. The service was worth the trip alone and the delicious portions filled this 270 pound (123kg) hearty eater. The waiter, Ray, extremely nice and the owner introduced wife after we finished. Extraordinary service. We shall return. Thanks for the meal and inviting warmth!

This is a hidden gem over near the airport on Matheson. A friend of mine works in the area and he suggested it for a Saturday night dinner. We had a great time as the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, plus the service was very professional. I like places where they have a pride of ownership and this is one where the owners are active in the business, the chef came from the kitchen to check on our meal, and they genuinely appreciated our business. Really like this place and have been here on several occasions, last month most recently. Very solid menu, very consistently prepared and served. I am a particular fan of their risotto.
Quite a pleasant atmosphere, casual and relatively subdued, but good enough to make you feel that dining out is an occasion.

Every course was equally delightful at this upscale jewel of a find in Newmarket. The wine list is thoughtful and reasonably priced including some incredible Reds. The knowledgeable, attentive, staff helped me with some wonderful pairing suggestions and we were able to relax and take our time without feeling rushed. The timing of food service was impeccable and our wine glasses were kept topped up. I am thrilled to have such a great place to retreat to locally.
