I heard of this new location from a friend. It has amazing facilities. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have so many different things to choose from. I actually started on their "east meets west weight loss system". It is awesome they combine medical weight loss acupuncture with functional training and help you change your diet at the same time. The Chiropractic, Massage and Physiotherapy is great and they have the best TCMs and trainers compared to any place I have been to in Toronto. I really liked this place compared to the other health clubs I have been to. They are not expensive. The quality is amazing. They are not pushy like other health clubs. They don't try to sell you stuff like other health clubs. I highly recommend this place. Best value for your money in all of Toronto for sure. No pushy sales men and it is not crowded.
