My husband and I ate at the Firepot restaurant last night, we loved it!! We decided to create our own hot pot (it's more fun) The food was fresh down to the vegetables, clean, with friendly wait staff. The atmosphere is nice yet casual. Good music. A great date night or a small office party get together, interesting meeting luncheon. The only suggestion I have is for the lighting to be dimmed and pointed a touch away from your eyes so that you can gaze upon the decor. My wife and I live near this Milestones and have gone a number of times. Every time we have been to this Milestones we have received fantastic service, and the food has been fabulous. We enjoy visiting this location, and especially enjoy the heated patio with views of the mountains on the North Shore! I would recommend this Milestones to anyone! Read more

When visiting my friend at nearby Royal Columbian Hospital we stumbled upon this stylish eatery and decided to give it a try! The restaurant is beautifully furnished and warm with dark wooden floor. We ordered the Pad Thai, Green curry and crispy spring rolls. While we waited for the food we could hear the other table rave about their dishes to the server. I am well acquainted with Thai food and couldn't wait to see what all the fuss was about! As my curiosity peaked our spring rolls arrived, well presented and un-oily! Were these really deep fried? The pad thai and green curry were extraordinary! This is probably the best Thai food I've ever tasted and I'll be back with family very soon. Read more

Awesome Asian fusion brunch with Filipino and Vietnamese influences. It was so good that I did not even notice my potato hash had no meat! It was comprised of a unique combo of ingredients including chick peas,l and sweet potato. I tried a bite of the breakfast Vietnamese bun and that was tasty too. There are 8 seats in the patio, not the best view as you see the viaduct but when it is sunny and warm it was just right. The service was friendly and excellent. Several spritzers available too. I recently visited this (new?) location with my friends and much to my joy the service was cool and attractive and the server was attentive... In other words, very good!! The food was good to above average and well cooked! tasty Chicken, and I special ordered melting cheese. Being a fan of inventive food, I will probably return to this location just for that but would definitely take a drive here also to satisfy my appetite for eye candy. I really liked it although the cheese was kinda salty and after a while. I would definitly go again, the waitresses were really cute but kinda old. Read more
