I was astounded by the customer service here. I came in the morning for breakfast. After ordering and promptly receiving my food, I proceeded to finding a seat to eat. As I approached an empty seat the ice coffee on my tray fell off. I then quickly went to look for a staff member to tell them what has happened. This is a good location for the most part. The drive-thru complicates things though. It is extremely busy....always...and despite the large parking lot there is often chaos. The food selection is good, usually plenty of everything. Lots of seating so that is okay. I find the staff here quite friendly and helpful. And very quick with the orders, despite long lines. Most reviews rate the restaurant by atmosphere, portion size, price and service. These independent restaurant reviewers have no one to please but their finicky tastes.
  • The concierge always knows: If you are travelling in Chinatown Toronto ON, your hotel’s concierge or hotel staff will be able to find restaurants that suit your taste buds and budget. Are you looking for something ethnic, local or for a fine dining experience?
