The Team at Mr. Rooter were amazing. We had to have our sewer line replaced from the home to the road due to age/ type of pipe used in the past. Mike, Tyler and Dave not only were able to save us time and money by re-rerouting the line inside the house to avoid further demolition and complications they listened to our concerns. My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him . Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Mike! I lived in an older home that was in desparate need of a bathroom reno. Mike came to my house, discussed my plans and provided me with a quote. Not only did he install a new tub with enclosure, a new toilet and vanity set, but he also installed all the ceramic tiling as well! Mike was very detailed oriented and cleaned up after himself as he went. Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was.
