I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This facility is very, very clean. Sure beats my family physician's office by a mile! I have used this facility 3x this year, and had good experiences all times. I did not have to wait long at all. All staff were pleasant and professional. I had an xray result come back that needed further investigation. I was called back into the office and was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had reserved a time for an ultrasound on my shoulder, and the service here was excellent. The procedure was done on time and the results were sent to my family doctor within 2 days. This clinic is well organized ,follows proper procedures and all the staff were friendly & efficient.

I have been going to this clinic for quite a few years. Dr. Kam is absolutely amazing. I went through a few doctors and clinics trying to find “the one”. She is it. A true treasure. My son and I both are so pleased to have her as our family physician.

I have been a patient of this clinic, and so have my children for the past 20 years. My physician has always been kind, professional and always available if I was truly in need. It is an impossible job. Not just through the pandemic but always. Medicine is not perfect and government funding is less than perfect.

Presque pas d’attente, environ 15 minutes, ce n’est rien, infirmière et médecin attentionnés et patients, le Dr Nguyen a fait un diagnostic rapide et précis.

Je lui donne un ZÉRO la pire clinique qui soit. On te donne un rendez-vous à 10h45 et à 3 heures tu attends encore. L attente est beaucoup trop longue c,est rire du monde et eux trouve ca normal. Dr bendago is truly a magician. I had lost 120lbs and suffered from sagging lose/excess skin and i was truly so unhappy with my body. I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Not sure why there are so many negative comments. I have used numerous clinics. This is now the only clinic I go to. I have a clinic right around the corner from where I live but usually wait 3-4 hours to get in.... TMC is Fast, reliable and professional the list goes on and on. I have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to get in.

I saw Dr. Kitwanda, who asked me questions, did an exam, and then explained how he was able to help. He inspired my confidence with his professional manner. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Funny, for those who say the front staff is "rude" I have been to this clinic numerous times and have never found them to be so, on the contrary, they have always been nothing but courteous and professional to me. I am very happy with the medical attention my family and I receive from Dr. Ali and Dr. Salam. I do think that to improve their practice they need to separate walk in times from days where appointments are taken. This would probably help with the congestion issue people experience. Whenever I have come in, either for myself or my children I am treated well and always with respect and compassion. I highly recommend these doctors.
