Honestly I had a great experience at this store. Everyone was kind and the employee's let you have your space to look around and see if you'd like anything. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great. Read more
