I have been shopping here for close to 2 years. I have observed improvements in Customer Service and the quality and variety of their produce which are important to me. Having shopped at other No Frills in the GTA region that are bigger and cater to a more diverse ethnic population, I can't complain too much about the lack of variety in their dry goods. I like that No Frills provides price matching and rainchecks. My rating is really 3 1/2 stars but there is no 1/2 star available.

No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

I was there to pick up some Coke Zero but non was on display. I asked Laura who was stocking the cheese freezer and not only did she go in the back and get me one but when I said I would like 6 she went and dug them out of a skid. They were on the bottom so she had to move a large number of others that were on top. Now that is going the extra mile and she deserves a big Thank You from me and a gold star from Scott. Always shop there. Clean and very helpful staff.

Good produce. Nice store. My brother-in-law has been butcher for many years in the grocery store chains and lives in Barrie area. He was very impressed with the store when he and my sister came to visit and dropped into the store. We were impressed as well have moved from the GTA last October. You do have to check dates but I found that happens at all stores.

I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. Yes, it is what it is called; wholesale. This is not a retail store for small quantities and is not geared for that. Many items can be purchased in small quantities too, but there is no express lane, as that is not what this outlet is for. Don’t expect it to be a convenience store, they never said it is one. It is a great place to buy supplies for parties or other large volume people feeding events.
We use this store a lot and plan to continue.
