Happy to find an intimate and cozy restaurant with great food in my neighbourhood. Didn't know the restaurant was there as it opened recently.. There used to be a dirty bar at the location before so I'm happy to have lost that eye sore in the neighbourhood :) I already loved grilled Portuguese chicken but "ADL's" chicken is CRAZY good!! Very nicely grilled and had a rustic taste.. must of been the added bonus of being grilled on charcoal grill. Parisiene Potatoes were absolutely AMAZING!! Great service.. Literally service with a smile from mother and daughter duo that run the restaurant. I am already a regular customer.. I've been back every week since my first visit.. Not only for the chicken.. Senhora Palmira really knows how to cook just like my nana.. If you're ever in the neighbourhood I would definately drop in for a quick bite! Read more

I have been ordering from other restaurants and the food and service was best so far. The service was although the best so far, but not the best you can get on busy days. But during Christmas days, the service was the BEST ever, because there was not just one server but 2, the younger, taller one with the better English was a great help; she helped me load the food on to my car, which was a great help for a old me. The food that I bought was enough for my party (which had over 60 people), and was all that expensive for a group this size. The place is very clean for a resturant, but a bit too small to fit a large crowd. Another time where I had to put it on delivery, although there was a 4hour range, the food was still nice and hot, and the chicken was still crispy, just the way I like it. Overall I would give The Sun BBQ a 5/5 (6/5 if I could) because it's the best anyone can get (especially during Christmas times). I would definitely recommend this to everybody, no matter how big the group or small, there is something for you to enjoy. Read more
