We've had excellent experiences with the food both times we have had it. Once was take-out and last night we dined in! This type of food is relatively new to me, but it's definitely something that my wife and I have enjoyed discovering! The service was a bit on the slow side but then again, we were surprised with how busy the place was on a Sunday night! That must say something about how good the food is! Once we got our food, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The inside was much nicer than I expected looking from the outside and the portions were large enough that my wife and I both had leftovers for lunch! I have visited many Chinese style restaurants in Oshawa and Whitby and I have to say that I was not expecting this degree of quality and freshness from a fast food place. I would have never ordered from here because I always like to take a look at the menu before I get delivery (which I could not find online) but because of location I decided to give it a try, I mean it's only $30-40 after taxes for their specials so no big deal. When I got my first delivery I was shocked of how much food their was and how tasty it was. Not too greasy, spiced and prepped perfectly, warm, timely, and friendly service. Haven't been here for a while and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have redecorated. Replaced a number of tables with booths and that makes it much nicer inside. Food is great. Lots of variety. Excellent prices. The one thing about this place that annoys me is that they never bring your bill to the table -- I always have to go to the cash to find out how much the bill is and pay. When we visit Whitby, we get our take out chinese food from Maple Garden. The best we've found. Rice is very good, same with chicken balls, curry dishes, General Tso chicken, egg rolls... and on and on. Not greasy, as is in a different store a few doors down the road..
