My waiter Bianca was a dream and such a sweetheart. Ask her to teach you some words in Italian! The chefs truly take dedication and care into making great Italian dishes. Sabina (one of the owners) is so personable & she made me feel like part of the family! They even made my pizza into a heart shape for me - I was in heaven! :)

We weren't sure where to have dinner and decided to try this place. It was definitely worth it! When we walked in, we were greeted right away, in Italian and English, which I thought was a nice touch. There was a piano player in the foyer playing nice tunes, I liked that. The server came over right away, very courteous and kind. We were given bread with oil and vinegar to dip, it tasted delicious! Definitely authentically Italian! We then ordered fried calamari to start, definitely a good choice! Nice and crispy! Our pasta came soon after. It was cooked to perfection! The sauce was superb and the pasta's flavours all blended together nicely. I was thoroughly impressed with this restaurant and would definitely visit again. The only thing that wasn't too nice was the price, over $80 for two people, but it was well-worth it.

Just attended a 70th Birthday party. Great atmosphere, enjoy the pasta the sauce is so authentic also had the bison short ribs they were tasty and tender the meat fell off the bone. The service was perfect we were served by a young gentleman he was attentive but not over barring, Wonderful place for private functions definitely going back.

Visited last week had Rigatoni Ai 4 Formaggi ,Caprese Salad with mozzarella mediterranean style,Chicken breast "alla Valdostana, wine coffe. Easy place to have converstion or meetings for business, Service was excellent. Warm and friendly host. Parking can be limited at times. Great for having parties if you need the entire restaurant

It's a family run restauant and the owner Roberto used to live in Naples, Italy. It is one of the best italian restaurants that you can find in Toronto.
There are some restaurants in Italy that aren't as good as Roberto's is.
It isn't extremely elegant but it has a good menu for a modest price. When I want to eat authentic Italian cuisine, and not spend a fortune, I go to Roberto's.

Charming atmosphere, beautiful chandeliers and old stone walls covered with vintage black and white photos. The food was excellent, and our server was absolutely lovely. A bit pricey, but really a wonderful experience overall. One thing to note is the two-hour limit on dining, which is best to know about in advance. If you have a group that wants to reunite, two hours is kind of short, but that's the policy.

Arrived late, cook had left but as we just left without food, the owner and his wife invited us back in and his chef wife made wonderful chicken Alfredo and done in seemingly minutes. The service was worth the trip alone and the delicious portions filled this 270 pound (123kg) hearty eater. The waiter, Ray, extremely nice and the owner introduced wife after we finished. Extraordinary service. We shall return. Thanks for the meal and inviting warmth!

This is a hidden gem over near the airport on Matheson. A friend of mine works in the area and he suggested it for a Saturday night dinner. We had a great time as the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, plus the service was very professional. I like places where they have a pride of ownership and this is one where the owners are active in the business, the chef came from the kitchen to check on our meal, and they genuinely appreciated our business. I've never written a review (and we enjoy our dinners out at various restaurants), but this place really deserves one! My husband and I drive from Pickering to have dinner here and it's always worth the drive! The ambience, service and food are all amazing! My favourite dish is the Arctic Char - it's so good that even my husband ordered it once (he's not one to order fish for dinner). He's stated that the lamb is the best he's ever had. Franc and his staff at Posticino always make our dining experience a memorable one!

Superb service and food make this place somewhere to return again and again. Very attentive staff, excellent Italian dishes. I had the piping hot Minestrone vegetable soup and fresh fish of the day. The others had pasta or beef tenderloin. Everyone loved their meals. My only complaint was that my fish was to come with roasted potatoes and vegetables, but there was only one small half of a potato. Other than that, everything else was great, including dessert.
