Winterlicious, produced by the City of Toronto, is back bigger and better than ever in 2017, and the popular $28 dinner options are plentiful and packed with delicious menus well worth your hard-earned dollars. 7 Numbers
307 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4K 1N7This fun and lively Danforth staple specializes in fresh, unpretentious and authentic Southern Italian food. The space is eclectic, warm and comfortable, a theme repeated by the staff and owners alike. Let Mama Rosa and her team wine and dine you in comfort, just like family. The Winterlicious menu includes grilled crostini with goat cheese, arugula, smoked salmon, red onion and capers; penne with prosciutto, pecorino, tomato and onion; and dessert options like apple crumble cheesecake or chocolate hazelnut caramel biscotti.
70 Down Restaurant & Lounge

The menu features bowls of ramen, a roster of dishes like steamed buns and rice cakes, and a large format fried chicken meal. R&D Restaurant

Buzzing with youthful energy and ’90s R&B, the space features graffitied walls, funky lighting and double-height ceilings.
