Charcuterie, poultry, pork, beef or veal: Montreal’s restaurateurs and caterers know to head to Royal Meat Market for the quality meat. “We offer all cuts of all meats that our clients require,” explains Steve Zobolas, co-owner of the market with his brother Mike and mother Vasiliki. “One of our specialties, which is really popular with clients, is entrecote steak, aged for a minimum of 45 days; that gives this premium-quality meat a unique flavour,” he says.

Royal Meat Market, which specializes in the distribution of quality meats, also sells its own burger patties, a product of unsurpassed flavour ensured by the highest quality standards. “We really go all out to ensure our clients find nothing but the best in terms of meats, whether its pork chops, filets mignons or chicken breasts," says Steve.

Among the market's refrigerated displays, the casual consumer can also find a great variety of pre-marinated meats and readymade marinades to help with the preparation of feasts at home.
