Jai commandé les croquettes de crabes en entrée: Je nai pas été impressionnée. Ça ressemblait à une recette familiale de semaine. Correct...sans plus. Jai commandé 1/2 portion de tartare de saumon en plat principal: Le tartare est présenté sans assaisonnements et les condiments sont à côté. Il faut faire le mélange soit même. Je ne fais pas de tartare à la maison, cest pourquoi jaime le commander quand je vais au Resto. Jai été déçue. Jaimerai souligner que le service était excellent.
La fille a l'accueil n’est pas vraiment pas fait pour ce métier , rarement a-t-on vu un manque de professionnalisme .l'ambiance était OK sans plus , la bavette de boeuf était immangeable et le service était mauvais tout comme leur crème brulée , le seul point positif était leur galette de crabe et le vin qu’on buvait pour masquer le gout de la nourriture

Vous recherchez un endroit pour manger un bon steak frites, alors optez pour le tire-bouchon...parole de connaisseurs vous serez bien servi.! et que dire des vins qui sont au prix de la saq raison de plus pour réserver
The food was very ordinary to below subpar for the price, service was good. The yellowfin tuna plate was served cold? If that was supposed to be the case I understand, however very odd.

We found the restaurant on a list of suggestions from our hotel and made the reservation online as we drove into Montreal Very easy. The restaurant was excellent - very good service, amazing food, great ambience (although a bit loud with the high ceilings). We would absolutely want to eat there again.

It seems to be hit or miss with this restaurant. Perhaps it is because we went early but it is not the first time I have not been satisfied with the food. I started with a very ordinary salad which had some lettuce and dices beets. My wife took a French Onion soup that had so much bread on the top that almost all of the broth had soaked up. For my meal I ordered the bavette, medium rare. The first one came medium well done. I sent it back and the next one came a little less done but far from me

The food was excellent, as usual and the waitress was very friendly and professional. Le tire bouchon is one of the rare restaurants that has maintained quality and portions post-pandemic and especially in this economic context. They have also maintained a variety of dishes on their menu. I highly recommend it.

2 years ago on September 7th, I proposed to my now wife at Tire Bouchon. After getting married last years on October 10, 2021, we decided to go to celebrate our 1 year anniversary at our favourite restaurant.... The food was fantanstic!

I was actually disappointed with the food quality. In the past I found that it was tastier and better served. My service waiter was very good however the maître D was kind of rude and no accommodating. Unfortunate I will not be returning any time soon.

I wouldn’t go back. The service was so slow and terrible. We waited forever just to see the server and then she took another 20 mins or more just to order the wine. I think it was at least 30 mins or more before we ordered dinner. We were seated at an awful table that had a draft from a door leading directly into the dining room (they’ve tried putting a curtain around but it does not stop the draft). It was cold and uncomfortable. The beef tartar was mushy and disgusting. So full of capers and onions you couldn’t even taste the beef. I was so disappointed. At the end of the meal, the server took forever to clear the dishes, and then complained that the restaurant didn’t have enough credit terminals and that’s why we were waiting so long to pay our bills. I don’t recommend this restaurant and don’t intend to return.

As your name implies, Bistro Parisien, it would have been a nice touch to put out some flags from France especially on July 14 - Bastille Day, the day we were at the restaurant. We have always enjoyed the food and the staff was very professional. A great experience as always.
