Nurse was great, doctor was fine but reception was awful. They weren’t at first in person, but over the phone they dropped the ball on some things multiple times. I don’t know who i was speaking with each time but i am disappointed. It’s unlikely I will return for treatment.

Secretary is nice but was sneezing and coughing all behind her desk- then DID NOT wash or sanitize her hands before handling patients health cards. Even though there is CLEARLY a public health sign (see red arrow in pic) reminding people to wash hands after sneezing, not a clean place. You’d think that while we are still in a pandemic, cleanliness would be a priority. Also not a welcoming place, no plants, no clock… looks rough.
