The average wait time has been 2-3 hours with a fully packed waiting room. His receptionist is so rude to the kindest people. I had an appointment scheduled with no previous tests done since the last appointment - he just repeated the results of an old report. He needs to retire unfortunately. His receptionist controls everything and his quality diminished.
