My rating would have been higher but my second, more recent, experience with Golfworks was terrible. They offered no help after me buying 3 wedges then getting a more forgiving wedge to offer. They refuse to answer my emails. More forgiving wedges would have been a big help for this stroke victim. Oh well, never again!

I am not usually one to give bad reviews because I figure that we are all humans and we make mistakes. But in this case I want to share my bad experience with Golfworks. I received very bad customer service, was repeatedly mistreated and disrespected. I will let you be the judge. I brought a club (driver) for re-shafting. When I came back to retrieve it I noticed that it had been scratched on the top of the head. When I told the person at the counter he angrily denied that they had scratched

I have had great service through the phone with staff over the years and have not had the opportunity to see their new location yet. But they have always been informative and personable

The worst customer service! They act as if they’re doing you a favour by allowing you to give them business!
