I'm sure there's many shops to choose from in North Bay area, but as far as im concerned, these guys are "la crême de la crême". When you're that good, i have no issues telling all my friends and family to bring it to them! 100% SATISFIED

Truly knowledgable mechanics, friendly, and honest. I have been to a whole lot of garages, and have seen allot of different ones, but this one I call home. Their work is best of the best, and the service is fast and courteous.Can't ask for any better than these guys. I recommend them for everyone.
Horrible experience. continuously pushed my vehicle back to work on more important customer's cars. Rude techs without knowledge of current regulations. Ended up having to take my car to another garage to get a very easy job done that True Center was too incompetent to complete after more than week. I gave them the opportunity to right their wrongs and was turned away rudely.
So sorry you feel that way. Must have been miscommunication and or several things that did not go according to plan at the time. If there is anything we can do we would be more then happy to accommodate.
