Horrible receptionist, always rude and never easy to deal with.

Kelso Lake Doctors are amazing, staff is often busy, but always helps you get what you need. Dr. Gilbert is awesome and usualy on time and thats nice. Its important to note the walk in in the same office is not part of Kelso Lake Medical they are a different group and i would only rate them 2/5

I have been a pat...

I have been a patient of the female doctor for over 5 years based on a referral from a colleague who, after several mis-carriages now have a beautiful baby girl as a result of the care provided by the female doctor at Kelso Lake. My entire family goes to Kelso Lake as it was especially important for me that we have a female doctor. I've never had the experience others have mentioned for the time I've been a patient and she has been very attentive esp with my family history.

Worst Clinic

The WORST Walk-in Clinic in Milton. The waiting room was empty and after waiting for the secretary to ask the Dr. if she would see me (the sign said Walk-ins Welcome) she came back and told me the Dr. wouldn't look at my ankle in case I needed an x-ray. I asked: "Shouldn't the Dr. look at my ankle first?" Her response was "That's what I was told to tell you." I went to another clinic, got my ankle looked at quickly, and was told I would be fine in a few days. The female Dr. at Kelso's is a joke!

WORST CLINIC EVER I EVER MET

This is the one of worst medical clinic. We change the family doctor (I do not want to mention her name). Receptionist are the worst. They are very rude on the phone.
