Please be very very careful of this self-proclaimed rural well expert. Darryl said new well pump needed. He opens well cap and assumed the steel pipe he saw was 80 feet deep. He escalated the job dramatically - only to later discover, the pipes were PVC (as they should be) & only the drop down bar was steel. Only 6 feet of it. He SEVERELY ESCALATED THE JOB both the seriousness and complexity. Then tried to cover it up/ lie about it. Very sneaky and unethical. Get a 2nd opinion. Dont be fooled

A hot tempered guy training a beginner. What a mess under the kitchen sink. Water has no where to go but up into the sink. Could have done it better myself. Beware people.

Had Dsm plumbing out July 23 2012 I had no water comming from my well. The gentlmen that came out checked my well system. Pulled my pump out and found that it was a wire problem not a pump problem. . I doent kno anything about wells and pump. But they were very trust worthy. Good service

Poor customer service

Their ad in the paper yellow pages say they serve the Kawarthas and another half page ad says they server Lindsay and Kawartha Lakes. Well they don't !! I was yelled at later when the workman was on his way and told that he would charge me double to come out or he could give me a quote to come out and tell me what is wrong. When your ad says 24hr service then don't get mad when someone calls at 6am. They should have told us at the first phone call that they don't serve our area. They should have proof read their yellow pages ad before they printed it.
