    UPS is the worst company ever. They lie about delivery your item saying that they attempt when they didn't. Call the 1800# to have my package brought to a UPS location closer to me as I work the same hours they are opened and they wanted to charge me money to do so. This is completely garbage. If I could do a negative star I would

    Absolute incompetence, UPS is a joke. Called in multiple times, each time getting told a different story, can't find the package, can't arrange delivery. Call center must be overseas, as the people there haven't a clue about towns citys in alberta. Terrible terrible terrible. Can't state it enough, save yourself the trouble and ship you packages by pony express, or hot air balloon, or dog sled. You will have faster ship times and better customer service.

    Terrible service!!! i called and told them that i will pick up myself as i would not be home and they said as i called after 7 so she cant hold for next day so she hold it for next day and when i went to pick it up they said its still in the truck and i had to be at home all day waiting for the truck and it was friday so if driver wont deliver package today i have to pick up on monday its been 5 days in this confusion...

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for my package to be held. When I arrived to pick up my package, it had been sent out on the truck. The agent attempted to contact the truck and no one knew who had my package. I paid extra for fast shipping only to be given the run around. Never again!

    Had a package shipped to me. UPS decides they cant deliver it, so they send it to there "customer care center" I call in to the 1800 number to find it. call center rep gives me address, tells me it's open until 6:00. I go over. It's closed from 11-3. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Will never use again.

    It is hard to ima...

    It is hard to imagine a company the size of UPS can be so frustrating to deal with. Our business used UPS to ship all over Canada, and there is almost always an issue when it comes to losing our packages, or showing up late to job sites when they have promised an arrival time. This company should be embarrassed as to the way they treat their customers. TERRIBLE!!
