    Very disappointed with PS Appliance and Jims services. Misled me in my decision to repair vs. buy new. Wasted $210 on a broken unit and need to buy a new oven anyways (no diagnostic provided). Jim spent almost no time at all testing the unit when he was done which led us to burning one of our pans and a dinner. Also tried to charge me more than what we agreed to after his 7 minutes with unit. Luckily we were in the room once the smoke started. Offered little to no helpful customer service.

    I had the pleasure of having this gentleman in my home today to repair my Bosch dishwasher. He was very courteous and professional and started working immediately. When done he presented me with the bill which was a lot less that I had expected and I was very pleased to pay. I would recommend this well informed professional to everyone.
